Joshua C. Davis
Attorney at Law

Josh Davis
Josh is a fifth generation Oklahoman with Garfield County roots that stretch back to the opening of the Cherokee Strip.
Josh graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 with a Bachelor in Letters and a Minor in History. He graduated from the Univeristy of Oklahoma College of Law in 2005. While in law school Josh interned for the prestigious Oklahoma City law firm of Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen, Orbison, & Lewis. As an intern, he focused on criminal defense as well as civil litigation. Specifically
After graduating from law school in 2005, Josh served as an Assistant District Attorney in Garfield County for over four years before entering private practice. As a prosecutor, Josh tried numerous cases before both juries and Judges. It was as an Assistant District Attorney that Josh gained the invaluable knowledge and experience that he now uses in the defense of clients under investigation as well as those charged with criminal offenses.
Josh believes that the key to effective criminal defense begins with preparation. "If you always prepare for the worst, then all of your surprises will be pleasant ones." By preparing for what could happen, you put your client in the best position to be ready for what does happen. As a result, no one will work harder or smarter for you.
